The Sports Auxiliary Ltd. uses service providers (all together with “The Sports Aux”, “we”, “us”, “our” or “Company”) committed to protecting the privacy of individuals who visit or use the Company’s Portal (“you” or “users”). This Privacy Statement describes our privacy practices in relation to access to Company’s Portal (as that term is defined in our Terms of Access).
By accessing the Portal or by submitting personally identifiable information, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Statement and you expressly consent to the processing of your personally identifiable information and of cookies in accordance with our Privacy Statement.
Company’s Portal also enables users to use third-party services (referred to as “add-ons”) as part of running Web applications on the Company’s Portal. When you share information with these third-party add-on services, the privacy statement of the third party applies. The Portal may contain links to other Websites. The information practices or content of such other Websites is governed by the privacy statements of such other Websites.
Company reserves the right to change this Privacy Statement. Company will provide notification of the material changes to this Privacy Statement through the Company’s portal at least thirty (30) business days prior to the change taking effect.
Data collected or that you provide us.
When expressing an interest in obtaining additional information through the Portal, we may require you to provide us with personal contact information, such as name, mailing/billing address, phone number, and email address. We also collect information about you to provide and improve our services, communicate offers that we believe will interest you, and to administer our business.
We will collect data that you provide to us such as: emails, phone numbers and names for authentication and verification of accounts, lists of players of interest, and changes in verified player profiles. We may collect player data from public databases (if available ), which may include: First/Last name, Weight/height, Birthdate, Birthplace, Birth sex, Shoots, Position, Jersey number, Twitter/Instagram/Snapchat links.
As a verified player, users may edit their personal information. If a user elects to remove the user’s account, Company will remove only the user’s customized data and NOT public data. So other users can search and see the information about this player from Company’s database.

We collect personal information from you when you submit that information to us voluntarily.
For example, we collect information from you when you:
create an account on the Portal;
place an order on the Portal;
participate in any rewards program;
communicate with our customer service team on the phone or online; or
participate in a Company promotion, such as contests or sweepstakes.
It may happen that third parties share with us personal information about you that we may collect. Such information may include purchasing preferences and demographic data (like age, gender and the number of members of your household). We automatically receive and store certain types of information when you interact with the Portal, our online advertisements and/or our emails, including without limitation technical information like your device, your operating system, your internet protocol (IP) address, and browser type, your referring Website's address, and your clickstream through the Portal.
It may also happen that third parties collect your personal information in the above manners. For example, we may use one or more third-party online advertising networks to serve ads on our behalf on third party Websites. The third-party network may collect information about your visit to our Portal and your interaction with our online ads. Some browsers have a 'do not track' feature. These features are not yet uniform, so our Portal’s design is still being implemented around this feature and your use of this feature may be inconsistent or ineffective.
When you download or use our mobile application or mobile Website, we may receive information about your location and your mobile device. Our mobile application/Website may also collect information about the location of your device. Your device will require you to authorize or disable the capacity for our mobile application/website to obtain location information. If you have questions about how to disable your device's location services, please contact your mobile service carrier or your device manufacturer. If you uninstall our mobile application from your device, the unique identifier associated with your device may continue to be stored.
Children Under 13 Years of Age
We have directed our Portal to adults, being persons 18 years of age and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without prior parental consent. If you are the parent or guardian of a child under the age of 13, and believe your child has provided personal information to our Portal that you would like us to delete, please contact us on the contact email or address provided in our Terms of Access.
Use of data collected
Company uses your personal information to enable the requested Portal functionalities. For example, if you fill out an online form so that the Company may contact you, Company will use the information provided to contact you about your interest in the Portal.
Company may also use personal information for promotional or marketing purposes. For example, Company may use information you provide to contact you to further discuss your interest in the Portal and to send you information regarding Company and its partners, such as ads, third-party ads or information about promotions, offers or events.
Company also collects your personal information to administer its business, analytics, aggregation, support, maintenance and help prevent or detect fraud.
Sharing of Data Collected
Company may share your personal information with the Company’s contracted service providers so that these service providers can provide services on our behalf. Unless described in this Privacy Statement, the Company does not share, sell, rent, or trade any information provided with third parties for their promotional purposes.
The Company may share your personal information with other companies in order to work with them, including affiliates. For example, the Company may need to share your personal information for customer relationship management purposes.
From time to time, the Company may partner with other companies to jointly offer products or enable functionalities. If you purchase or specifically express interest in a jointly-offered product or service, the Company may share personal information collected in connection with your purchase or expression of interest with our joint promotion partner(s). Company does not control our business partners’ use of the information we collect, and their use of the information will be in accordance with their own privacy policies. If you do not wish for your information to be shared in this manner, you may opt not to purchase or specifically express interest in a jointly offered product or service.
The Company reserves the right to use or disclose information provided if required by law or if the Company reasonably believes that use or disclosure is necessary to protect the Company’s rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process.
International transfer of data collected
The Company’s service providers may store, transfer and access your personal information around the world, including the United States and other countries. This Privacy Statement shall apply even if the Company transfers your personal information to other countries.
The Company offers user who provide contact information a means to choose how the Company uses the information provided. You may manage your receipt of marketing and nontransactional communications by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link located on the bottom of the Company’s marketing emails. Additionally, you may send a request specifying your communications preferences to the email address indicated in Company’s Terms of Access.
The Company retains the information we receive as described in this Privacy Statement above for reasonable duration, for example, as the case may be, for as long as needed to provide the Portal, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, establish legal defenses, to conduct audits, pursue legitimate business purposes, and enforce our agreements.
If you would prefer not to accept cookies, you may change your browser settings to notify you when you receive a cookie, so that you may choose whether to accept it or not; or set your browser to automatically not accept any cookies. However, please note that some features and services on our Portal may not work properly because we may not be able to recognize and associate you with your account. In addition, the offers we provide when you visit us may not be as relevant to you or tailored to your interests.
Under California law, website and online service operators are required to disclose how they respond to “do not track” signals. The Company does not currently take actions to respond to Do Not Track signals as a uniform standard for such response has not yet been established.
We may use pixel tags or web beacons in our emails to you to determine if your email software can display html-formatted emails, so that we may optimize the size of our emails and conserve bandwidth.
The information we collect may be used for routine administrative purposes, such as investigating abuses on the Portal, responding to Visitor inquiries and enforcing and applying our Terms of Access.
All participants in the Company’s Portal have acknowledged using industry standard encryption to encrypt the personal information and credit card detail you provide during the order process.
To ensure the security of your personal information, you should always provide that information over a secure connection.
We urge you to protect your own privacy. Do not share your password(s) with anyone. While Portal participants strive to ensure the integrity and security of our network and systems, there is no guarantee that any security measures are entirely effective against third party hackers.
Opt-Out and Update
To exercise an opt-out right in connection with the Portal, or if you would like to stop receiving promotions, updates and/or offers at any time, you may e-mail us as indicated below with a statement identifying which contact channel you wish to opt-out of. It may take up to 30 days to fully process an opt-out request, and 4-6 weeks for other requests.

Business transfers by Company
California privacy rights
If you are a California resident and registered an account on the Portal, you have the right to request information once per calendar year regarding the customer information we share with third parties for third parties direct marketing purposes. To request this information, please send an email as indicated below. If you are a California resident under 18 years old and registered an account in violation of our Terms of Access, you may still request that we remove content or information that you have posted to our website or other online services. Note we have no control if the content or information has been reposted by another user. To request removal of content or information, please contact us as indicated below.
When we process Personal Information, we do so in accordance with the standards required by applicable privacy and data protection laws; the processing of personal data of individuals situated in the European Union, will be done in accordance with the privacy and data protection laws applicable to the European Union.
The Company does not use Personal Information to make automated decisions.Under European Union privacy and data protection laws, the use of Personal Information of individuals situated in the European Union must be justified under at least one of a number of legal grounds. The principal legal grounds that apply when we use or disclose the Personal Information of EU citizens are as follows:
